Our preferred artwork formats are: flattened print ready PDF. We can, however, accept all of the following formats: PDF, flattened PSD, Hi-Res JPEG, BMP, TIFF. Please pay special attention to the resolution as this plays a key role in the quality of the printed matter. The resolution needs to be set at the design stage and not re-saved and increased subsequently. We also need you to note and action the bleed areas required. Turnaround times are dependant on what media option you choose and what packaging option you select but a rough idea is:
CD/DVD Duplication: 2-7 days
CD/DVD Replication:  7-10 days
Vinyl Pressing: 6-8 weeks including test pressings
Cassette Duplication: 3-7 days

Online media players such as iTunes or Windows Media Player fetch their track info from online databases such as Gracenote and will completely dis-regard any pre embedded Audio CD text info.
An exception to this will be if you have aggregated (or had aggregated for you) your music for online distribution.

Once you have selected your chosen media option and supplied files for us to check fully we will supply you with a pro-forma invoice with payment details.
The reason we do it this way is so you’re not paying a penny until every aspect of the project is checked and agreed.
